By exploiting the latest technologies, MIT offers full control and transparency of projects and processes. With this transparency comes the ability to monitor products according to your specific requirements. MIT has implemented the IFS suite of Enterprise Product Lifecycle Management Software. This enables us to maximize our resource utilization across several projects while tracking and monitoring changes. We enjoy the freedom to collaborate across departmental and disciplinary divides. In real time, we perform progress analysis and cost follow-up to ensure a successful product development and delivery.
Our differentiators:
IFS Applications for PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)
End to end program and project management, PDM configuration, CAD connectors, Document Management, Strategic Sourcing and Procurement, Manufacturing Engineering, Mixed-mode Manufacturing, Engineering Change and Case Management, Product Support including Call Center, Field Service Management, Repair and Overhaul, Installed Base Management, Asset Management, Performance Management and more!
SOLIDWORKS
With SolidWorks, our engineering team can accurately import your data, which is increasingly available in 3D. Unlike other systems, the SolidWorks basic package already includes the STEP, VDA-FS, and IGES interfaces. On the basis of the customer's data, tolerances, shrinkage values, and form-removal bevels are applied, and models of mold inserts are created. With the add-on MoldWorks mold-making solution, the modeling of specific mold elements takes place. Finally, DXF files are generated, which the machine engineers use as the foundation for NC programming. This approach avoids the errors that are so common when data is entered manually
CADRA
Using CADRA, our engineers produce industry standard detail, layout, and assembly drawings; 2.5D designs including isometrics; and technical illustrations in very few steps. This helps us to achieve tangible, measurable results to accelerate your product development efforts.
SURFCAM
Surfcam allows us to optimize 3D material removal by automatically synchronizing multiple tools and incorporating Surfware’s TrueMill™ technology. TrueMill is the only toolpath generator that intelligently controls the tool’s engagement with the material to dynamically manage tool load and enable the use of extremely aggressive machining parameters. This means we can achieve fluid tool paths, which leverage the superior motion-control capabilities of CNC machine tools. Material removal is not only much faster, but also more efficient, with less stress on the cutting tool and the machine. This efficiency means quicker deliveries and lower cost to the customer.
